As founder of R&A Enterprising Solutions, a certified woman-owned federal contracting firm, a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses graduate, and 2022 Enterprising Woman of the Year, Ann brings proven leadership and deep community roots to the Democratic Central Committee.
She has served on the Seven Oaks HOA Board and the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of Bethel AME Church — because she believes showing up for your community is not optional, it's a calling.
